Responsibilities:
- To participate or conduct project kick-off meeting.
- To implement all policies, activities procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality, safety and health system.
- To plan and coordinate with client on logistic issues.
- To provide guidance to engineer in problem solving, customer complaints, and project coordination.
- To set up project specific quality, safety and health control measures in inspections and tests plan.
- To provide supervision on the works performed by in-house staff or subcontractors at sites.
- To review monthly reports and develop remedial measures if necessary.
- To attend site meeting as required by the project meeting table.
- To make recommendations to Quality, Safety and Health Department from time to time on ways to improve relevant business processes / procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years working experience in construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- To manage, lead and plan for site team and provide necessary assistance in overall site works.
- To study shop and construction drawings in order to perform works as per project specifications.
- To provide guidance and work instructions to Supervisor or Sub-Contractor in daily activities.
- To carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time.
- To attend site meeting and to handle all complaints from customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction projects
Responsibilities:
- To assist Senior Quantity Surveyor on all tender and commercial matters for projects from the Pre-Tender stage through to Final Accounts.
- To assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation and finalization of Letters of Award/Acceptance and Contract Agreements which include Work Orders, Sub-Contract Documents, Supplier Agreements and Consultant Agreements.
- Maintaining an approved sub-contractors and suppliers and making recommendations for awards to same according to all relevant policies, procedures and practices.
- Monitor and keep track of the progress claims, valuations of variations and closure of final accounts including that of the sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ payments, all with regards to the relevant projects of which he is in charge.
- To execute the compliance of payment timelines including that of progress payments, variations and analysis of claims.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years working experience in Contracts & Procurement.
- Should possess practical knowledge of contractual claims, contracts and commercial administration process.
