Responsibilities:
- To participate or conduct project kick-off meeting.
- To implement all policies, activities procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality, safety and health system.
- To plan and coordinate with client on logistic issues.
- To provide guidance to engineer in problem solving, customer complaints, and project coordination.
- To set up project specific quality, safety and health control measures in inspections and tests plan.
- To provide supervision on the works performed by in-house staff or subcontractors at sites.
- To review monthly reports and develop remedial measures if necessary.
- To attend site meeting as required by the project meeting table.
- To make recommendations to Quality, Safety and Health Department from time to time on ways to improve relevant business processes / procedures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 7 years working experience in construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- To manage, lead and plan for site team and provide necessary assistance in overall site works.
- To study shop and construction drawings in order to perform works as per project specifications.
- To provide guidance and work instructions to Supervisor or Sub-Contractor in daily activities.
- To carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time.
- To attend site meeting and to handle all complaints from customers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction projects
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a structured electronic and physical filing system for all project documents in accordance with company procedures and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Receive, sort, and register all incoming documents (drawings, technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, letters, meeting minutes, inspection requests) from consultants, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate distribution of approved documents, drawings, and information to relevant project staff, subcontractors, and external parties.
- Assist in tracking and filing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective action requests, and site instructions, ensuring all responses and approvals are properly documented.
- Verify that all documentation complies with company standards, client requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines before submission or filing.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Information Management, Office Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the Construction, Engineering, or Infrastructure sector.
- Experience working on building or infrastructure projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, bridges, roads, dams, water treatment plants).
- Proficiency in using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Viewpoint, Procore, SharePoint, or similar.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system requirements related to document and record control.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for PDF manipulation, merging, bookmarking, and redaction.

- Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for tender purposes.
- Manage variation orders (VOs): prepare costings, compile supporting documents, and negotiate
approvals with clients and consultants. - Monitor project costs against budget and prepare regular cost reports and forecasts.
- Maintain organized records of all commercial documents, including contracts, claims, certificates, and
correspondence. - Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers on
all commercial matters.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
- Registration with the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Collect representative samples of construction materials form site.
- Perform Laboratory tests on construction materials in compliance with relevant standards (e.g. ASTM,BS,ISO,MSA or project-specific specifications).
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments as per schedule, maintaining calibration logs and reporting any equipment malfunctions.
- Record test data accurately in laboratory worksheets, logs and computerized systems.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with the project’s quality management plan and applicable certification requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, CIDB or local authority standards).
Requirements:
- SPM or equivalent with relevant technical certification and experience may be considered.
- Experience working on infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, dams), building construction, or precast/prestressed concrete operations is an advantage.
- CIDB Green Card or equivalent safety certification.
- Equipment Familiarity: Proficiency in operating compression test machines, sieving equipment, ovens, balances, CBR apparatus, and field density testing equipment.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication to report findings and coordinate with site and quality control teams.
- Time Management: Capability to manage multiple testing requests and prioritize urgent site requirements.
